12/6/2024: After a busy but great year for the lab, including our first three publications, Angel's NSF GRFP award, and our first awarded federal grant, the group enjoys some well-earned BBQ. Also, Celestine is crowned the ping pong champion.

12/4/2024: Angel and Michael’s paper describing a general technique for fluorescently-labeling pre-existing aerosol particles is now out in Analytical Chemistry. Read it here.

8/1/2024: Our group is awarded an NIH R21 from NIGMS titled “Development of aerosol fluorescence spectrometer for measuring multiple physicochemical properties of respiratory and drug particles in situ.“ Looking forward to all the science it will enable!

4/4/2024: Angel is awarded an NSF GRFP!! As one of only three graduate student recipients at AU, and the only one in COSAM this year, this award represents a significant national honor. Congratulations and well done, Angel!

3/26/2024: Victoria is awarded an AU Undergraduate Research Fellowship. Congratulations Victoria!

3/21/2024: Angel's first manuscript, on RH-dependent phase transitions in model respiratory particles, is published in JPC A. Read it here!

2/23/2024: Angel and Celestine present at the East Alabama/West Georgia ACS Local Section conference at Troy University.
